The camera preview is unavailable
Open the iOS Settings app, find Island Camera, and confirm that Camera access is enabled. Then return to Island Camera. If another app is actively using the camera, close it and try again.
Dual Camera requires an iPhone that supports simultaneous front and rear camera capture. Other Island Camera features remain available on devices that do not support Dual Camera.
A photograph did not save to Photos
Confirm that Island Camera has permission to add photos in iOS Settings and that the device has sufficient available storage. Photographs remain in the Island Camera archive unless you delete them, even if adding a copy to Photos fails.
iCloud sync is delayed
Confirm that iCloud Drive is enabled, that the device is signed into the intended Apple Account, and that Island Camera’s iCloud option is enabled. Large photographs may take time to upload on a slow or restricted connection. Keep the device connected to power and Wi-Fi when syncing a large archive.
Purchases and subscriptions
Use Restore Purchases on the Island Camera Pro screen after reinstalling the app or moving to another device. Make sure the App Store is signed into the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
You can manage or cancel an active subscription from Island Camera settings or in the App Store account subscription page. Apple handles billing, refunds, and payment methods.
