1. Agreement

By downloading or using Island Camera, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple’s agreement, Apple’s agreement controls where required.

2. License and acceptable use

Island Camera grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the application on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store rules.

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, rent, or use Island Camera to violate law or the rights of another person, except where a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

3. In-app purchases and subscriptions

Island Camera may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and a non-consumable lifetime purchase. Prices and available offers are displayed by the App Store before you confirm a purchase.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings.
  • Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

Apple handles billing, refunds, and payment disputes under App Store policies. A lifetime purchase applies to the Island Camera app and features represented at the time of purchase; it does not guarantee operation on unsupported future hardware or operating systems.

4. Your photographs and content

You retain ownership of photographs and other content you create or import. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary to capture, import, edit, store, and share that content.

Film-style presets are creative color interpretations. References to photographic styles do not imply sponsorship by or affiliation with camera or film manufacturers.

5. Availability and changes

Features may vary by device capability, operating system, region, and App Store availability. We may update, improve, or discontinue features when necessary for security, compatibility, legal compliance, or product development.

6. Warranty and liability

Island Camera is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every photograph can be recovered after device failure, storage exhaustion, operating-system changes, or third-party service interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Island Camera’s developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of photographs, data, revenue, or opportunity. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
