Island Camera
Terms of Use
Last updated June 22, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement govern your use of Island Camera. Apple’s agreement controls where these terms conflict with it or where applicable law requires.
2. License and acceptable use
You may use Island Camera on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the App Store usage rules. You may not redistribute, resell, rent, reverse engineer, or use the app to violate the law or another person’s rights, except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
Island Camera may offer monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time, non-consumable lifetime purchase. The App Store shows the current price, billing period, trial eligibility, and purchase terms before you confirm payment.
Apple charges your Apple Account and handles renewals, cancellations, and refund requests under its rules. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through Apple before the renewal. Cancellation timing can vary by country or region, so follow the terms shown by the App Store. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
A free or discounted trial, if offered and available to you, converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel within the period stated by Apple. A lifetime purchase provides a non-consumable Island Camera entitlement. It does not guarantee compatibility with every future device or operating-system version.
4. Your photographs
You retain ownership of photographs and other content you create or import. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to capture, import, edit, store, and share that content.
Film-style presets are creative color interpretations. References to photographic styles do not claim sponsorship by or affiliation with camera or film manufacturers.
5. Availability and responsibility
Features may vary by device, operating system, region, and App Store availability. We may update or discontinue features for compatibility, security, legal, or product reasons.
Island Camera is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Keep separate copies of photographs you cannot replace. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or recovery after device failure, storage loss, operating-system changes, or interruption of an Apple service.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
6. Contact and changes
We may update these terms when the app, its purchase options, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
